HONBLUE Wallpaper Terms of Service

Welcome to HONBLUE! We’re excited to help you transform your space with our custom wallpaper designs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, shop.honblue.com, and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
HONBLUE is a Hawaii-based print and design company offering high-quality wallpaper products with fast turnaround and local service.
2. Ordering & Payment
- Order Approval: By clicking “Confirm Order” or “Pay Now,” you accept full responsibility for the content, layout, and specifications of your order.
- Custom Products: All wallpaper orders are custom-made. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a defect.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. For trade accounts, net terms may be offered upon approval.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped from our factory in Oahu, Hawaii generally within 3 business days (although production times may exceed this during peak demand times). A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has shipped.
- We ship throughout the United States, with expedited same day courier service available for Hawaii-based customers.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to production schedules, holidays, or carrier delays.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics provider.
- Express delivery does not shorten production time.
4. Returns & Warranty
All of HONBLUE's wallpaper is printed on demand which means we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects (except for select trade partners). However, if your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We may offer a reprint, prorated credit, or refund back to the same payment method you used when placing the order.
We cannot accept responsibility for improper assembly, mounting, or install.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content on our site are owned by HONBLUE or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.
Custom Uploads: By uploading artwork or images to HONBLUE you retain ownership of your content. You also grant HONBLUE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, print, and deliver your content as part of your order. Finally, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the uploaded content.
You cannot upload designs to HONBLUE that you don’t own or have permission to reproduce. You also cannot use someone else’s trademark without permission, either within your design or to identify or promote your designs.
6. Indemnity:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold HONBLUE and HONBLUE's officers, directors, employees and other Representatives harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, (b) your use of the site, (c) your connection to the site, (d) your violation of these Terms or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
7. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information. If you are accessing the site from the European Union, you must be 16 years and older to use the site. If you are accessing the site from the United States, you must be 13 years and older to use the site. HONBLUE does not specifically collect information about children and the website is not directed to children.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
